Former Alabama quarterback to be next head coach for Cleveland Browns

Another former Alabama quarterback is in the news Wednesday.

Freddie Kitchens, who was a starter for the Tide in the mid-90's, is going to be the next head coach of the Cleveland Browns.

Kitchens was elevated to the offensive coordinator for the Browns' final eight games this season.

During that time, rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield thrived.

Kitchens has been an assistant for both the Cowboys and Cardinals before landing in Cleveland.
