Darwin Singleton shows us the efforts of removing those piles of debris left behind by Hurricane Michael. Bay County, Florida has done a pretty good job, but it’s still going to cost roughly $600 million to remove all the debris in the county.

Officials are closely monitoring the debris removal process so they can get reimbursed by FEMA and the state.

We will also show how contractors are illegally dumping their debris and how the county has cracked down on offenders.
