In this morning's news to go:

  • A Florida man has been arrested and charged with kidnapping and robbery out of Atmore, Alabama. Police say Albert Dubose had a knife when he forced forced his way into his girlfriend's parent's bedroom , tied the couple to the bed, then stole their money and truck. Dubose was arrested when he came back to the house that same day police say to return the truck.
  • Roy Moore's campaign for U.S Senate plans to hold a news conference today in Montgomery to address what they're calling "election theft attempts plaguing Alabama." Meanwhile, Democrat candidate Doug Jones will join House Minority Leader Anthony Daniels today to greet volunteers and supporters at a phone bank in Huntsville. The special election for U.S. Senate between Moore and Jones is Tuesday.

Get ready for more rain to fall today, especially during the afternoon as temperatures hover in the low to middle 40s. More rain will fall tonight and tomorrow, but as temperatures start to fall into the middle 30s, a rain/snow mix is expected, mainly north and west of Mobile.
