On Tuesday, March 10, Mobile police arrested a third person in a double murder that happened in 2017 on Gulfwood Drive East.

Police said 24-year-old Joshua Williams III was taken to metro and charged with four counts of capital murder.

Police responded to the 400 block of Gulfwood Drive East just before 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, for a report of one person down.

When officers arrived and entered the home they found two men, identified as 28-year-old Brandon Cadwell and 31-year-old Reginald Crenshaw, who had died from gunshot wounds.

After this case was presented to a grand jury, Larry Jackson and Treshun Hughes were both indicted for capital murder. On Thursday, December 20, 2018, Mobile police found and arrested Hughes and Jackson turned himself in to Mobile Metro Jail.
