According to Rena Philips, Supervisor of Marketing and Educational Partnerships for the Mobile County Public School System, a 16-year-old student of Williamson High School was arrested on -campus today for having a loaded gun
The student was in the office for a disciplinary reason and was acting suspicious. Upon a search he was discovered to be carrying a loaded gun.
The school called police and the student was arrested. He was suspended and recommended for expulsion.
