FOLEY, Ala. (WPMI) - According to the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office, 57-year-old Gregory Lynn Fountain, of Foley, has been arrested for rape, sodomy, sexual misconduct, and sexual abuse of a child under 12.

On May 16, 2018, Baldwin County Sherriff Investigators arrested Greg Fountain at his residence for 2 counts of Rape 2nd, 1 count Sodomy 2nd, 1 count of Sex Abuse Under 12, 2 counts of Sex Abuse 2nd (1 felony and 1 misdemeanor), and 1 count of Sexual Misconduct. He was taken directly to BCSO Corrections Center in Bay Minette.
In 2006 the victims were allowed to live with Greg Fountain and his wife in the Foley area of Baldwin County. Apparently, the children’s biological mother was an illegal alien from Mexico and was working so many different hours that the arrangement was made for the children to stay with the Fountains.
Starting in 2007 both juvenile victims stated that Greg Fountain began to touch them inappropriately and shortly afterward he began to force one of the juveniles to engage in sexual intercourse with him. The victims informed investigators of these incidents and the investigation lead to the arrest this morning. Additional charges are pending and at this time Fountain is being held without bond at the Baldwin County Correction Center.
